Trustees and Staff

The Foundation is governed by a board of two senior trustees, generally serving terms of 15 years, and three term trustees, appointed by the Judge of Probate for a three-year term. It is the Foundation's practice to have each term trustee attend meetings for a full year prior to becoming a voting member to become familiar with grantmaking practices and policies. Each term trustee also serves for a non-voting emeritus year.

All decisions on grant applications are made by the trustees.
